Vans Downtown Showdown街式比赛

9月5日，Vans公司在美国好来坞举行了一场滑板街式邀请赛，虽然场地不太，比赛规模也较小，但比赛的水平却是高水平的，因为Vans公司邀请了八支著名的滑板队伍参加，每个公司派出四名职业滑手，都是知名的职业滑手，他们分别来自Toy Machine, Element, Girl, Baker, Zero, Foundation,Birdhouse,Almost公司，全部是板面公司，Vans当然不会邀请板鞋公司的队伍。

场地一览

比赛的规则也完全根据街式道具的要求来定，场地划分为Street Gap, Bank to Bank, Big 6 Stairs, Torture Totter, Stair Set/Banks几个部分，每个部分还分设单独的奖项，滑手们可以充分利用场地上每一个模拟街式的道具，而且可以根据滑手们擅长的道具来派出不同的队员参与不同的道具比赛，下面是现场的部分图片。
